My Story

Hi, my name is Gerald. I'm a landlord with a couple of properties just outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma. My parents encouraged my siblings and me to get into rentals nearly 20 years ago because they made a nice living from it themselves and still do today.

By trade, I work in tech. I've spent my career in software engineering and cloud operations as an engineer and leader. But when it came to managing my own properties, I found myself frustrated by the tools available. They were either too expensive, felt like I was just entering data into a database, or not usable on a phone. Most of all, they didn't make being a landlord any easier.

So I started building an app for myself — one that works the way I work and actually does make the job easier. I realized other landlords might find it useful too, so here we are.
